Case Specialist Trainee
About the role
The Case Specialist Trainee-Temporary position is a term-limited opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Subsidized Child Care Program. This role requires on-the-job training and passing written and practicum exams to qualify for the Case Specialist I position.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction and Support (20%): Provide support and guidance to families enrolled in subsidized child care programs.
- Data Entry / Documentation Maintenance (10%): Perform data entry and maintain accurate case files.
- Case Processing (70%): Handle client orientations, screenings, certifications, and recertifications.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required and 2 years of related work experience or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Windows-based programs and data entry.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a regular, full-time schedule with occasional overtime.
- Flexibility to work late shifts until 7 pm on Mondays on a rotating basis.

Pay
$21.00 per hour
Schedule
This position is 5 days onsite. Overtime may be required. The work schedule includes occasional late shifts until 7 pm on Mondays on a rotating basis.
