Position Competency

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments

Productivity

• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account
• Understand stocking strategy, picking, and loading for assigned account
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions
• Complete Handling Hours tracking document daily

Safety

• Follow Dock Safety, Forklift & Product Handling processes
• Perform daily stretches before work
• Report incidents, accidents, and potential safety hazards immediately
• Follow established safety and security policies

Handling

• Understand handling requirements of stored products
• Follow SOP for product handling, stacking, storage, and loading
• Complete Handling Hours tracking document daily

Quality

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free
• Complete inspection checklists as required
• Scan products properly and match codes on pick lists, stocking lists, and physical products
• Complete all inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and completely
• Report product damage to management and/or warehouse coordinator
• Follow SOP and specific customer work instructions for specific requiem
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management and/or warehouse coordinator

Initiative

• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
• Participate in general area housekeeping
• Knowledge of multiple accounts and/or job functions within given operation
