Case Selector - 1st Shift, 6:00am to 6:00pm - Fri, Sat & Sun

About the Role

The Case Selector position is a full-time role in the Operations department, reporting to the General Manager. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm, with a salary of $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential when applicable. The primary purpose of this position is to use power equipment to safely handle products during receiving and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Understand and follow the stocking, picking, and loading strategy of the assigned account.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and customer work instructions.
• Complete the Handling Hours tracking document daily.
• Follow established safety procedures, including dock safety, forklift operation, and product handling.
• Perform daily equipment inspections before operation.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and safety hazards immediately.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage-free.
• Complete inspection checklists and accurately scan products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and general area housekeeping.
• Develop knowledge of multiple accounts and job functions within the operation.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license.
• Proficiency in using a handheld RF Scan Device.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to twist, stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Pay
