About the Role
This is a 6-month+ contract role for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Purchased Referred Care (PRC) Case Management at the Fort Peck Service Unit. Position starts as soon as clearance is obtained.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services within the Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program.
- Coordinate and manage patient care referrals and services.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Must have IHS Purchased Referred Care (PRC) experience.
