Case Manager/Peer Support, Full-time, Day Shift

About the role

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking a full‑time Case Manager for day shift (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) at the Crisis Receiving Center.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a crisis setting and assist in supporting their needs throughout their stay.
• Assist clients with intake paperwork and notify them of the center’s rules.
• Ensure a positive and safe work environment.
• Assist with crisis de‑escalation by assessing clients’ needs and connecting them to community resources.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, completing day‑to‑day cleaning tasks.
• Communicate discharge plans with clients and staff and maintain day‑to‑day communication with staff.
• Provide some transportation of clients as required.
• Work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion.

Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., bend, sit, and stand for periods of time.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination skills.
• Relevant work experience preferred.

Pay

• Starting pay $18.57 per hour.
• Salary may vary based on experience and education.
• $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
• Up to an additional $4.00/hour available.

Schedule

• Full‑time day shift, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• 36 to 40 hours per week, depending on applicant’s preferences.
