The Regional Center of the East Bay is hosting two Case Manager job fairs to interview potential candidates for open positions.

What to Expect
Qualified candidates will be able to interview on-site during the event. While we strive to keep the interview process moving efficiently, please plan to spend approximately 2–3 hours at the Job Fair.
Available Start Dates
Successful candidates will begin employment on September 14, 2026 or October 12, 2026, depending on candidate preference and completion of pre-employment process.
Compensation
- Case Manager I: $2,621.57 - $3,873.25 Bi-weekly; $68,160.82 - $100,704.50 Annual
- Case Manager II: $2,726.40 - $4,028.14 Bi-weekly; $70,886.40 - $104,731.64 Annual
Key Responsibilities
Case Managers are an integral part of realizing the Regional Center of the East Bay's vision. Under general direction, Case Managers are responsible for:
- Assessment and evaluation
- Planning, authorizing, and advocating
- Monitoring and evaluating services
- Coordination and support of the IPP/IFSP
- Advocacy on behalf of consumers
- Obtaining necessary evaluations and securing reports
- Maintaining documentation and contacts
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Completing functional and developmental reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Case Manager I: BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field and 1 year similar experience. OR B.A. in an unrelated human services field plus 4 years of experience working directly with the developmentally disabled.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Automobile and valid driver's license required.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred and qualifies for a $120 bi-weekly salary differential.
- Case Manager II: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Automobile and valid driver's license required.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred and qualifies for a $120 bi-weekly salary differential.
