Case Manager IOP
About the role
Renaissance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct client services and coordinate essential resources that support recovery. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners—offering consistent guidance and advocacy throughout the treatment journey. Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 18 clients
- Complete admission notes and maintain case records in accordance with policy
- Provide regular updates to families and the clinical team on client progress
- Coordinate services with external providers and community resources
- Facilitate groups with your assigned caseload
- Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress
- Continuously assess clients' mental health and substance use needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff
- Assist clients in accessing insurance and health benefits
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
- Organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Pay
Starting pay: $23–27 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
