What You Will Do To Change Lives
To change lives, you will serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders. Your role involves assisting these individuals to live as independently as possible in their chosen community under direct supervision.
What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Services and (1) year of experience
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and four (4) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services
- A valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Services and (1) year of experience
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and four (4) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services
- Associate's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver

Pay
The expected starting wage range is $22.17 - $27.08. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Schedule
Shifts Available: Full-Time
DAYS: Monday - Friday
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
