Case Management Manager

Job Summary

The Manager of Case Management Services is responsible for promoting patient-centered care by coordinating all aspects of hospital-based case management for their assigned area of responsibility in alignment with the goals of the department.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• InterQual experience preferred.
• Certification in Case Management and/or InterQual or IQCI preferred.
