Key Responsibilities
- Execute general administrative tasks including answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and purchasing office and client supplies.
- Process, monitor, and track work-related expenses to maintain accurate budget records.
- Maintain a master calendar of critical dates and deadlines; schedule and coordinate work-related appointments.
- Cook up with community-based organizations to schedule events; actively participate in community presentations, education, and outreach activities.
- Conduct case reviews to ensure strict agency and funder compliance; perform research to support program needs.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, professional workshops, and assigned trainings.
- Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and service providers to gather necessary information and provide operational support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn and navigate program-specific software.
- Exceptional capability to organize complex information, prioritize tasks effectively, work under tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
