The Opportunity

The Case Assistant will help organize, prepare, edit, and draft documents and correspondence, draft formation and registration documentation, manage due diligence and track deadlines, manage records and internal team databases, create closing binders, and develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiency in serving clients.

The Day-To-Day

  • Interact with colleagues in a team setting on a variety of requests and projects and work directly with paralegals, attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Organize documents, cases, and/or files.
  • Prepare and/or draft documents and correspondence.
  • Draft formation and registration documentation.
  • Manage due diligence of processes and track deadlines.
  • Develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiency in serving clients.
  • Maintain best records management practices.
  • Organize, update, and own the management of internal team databases.
  • Use internal firm software to successfully complete tasks related to supervisor requests.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by supervisor.
