About the Role

The Carside Server delivers food and beverages to guests, ensuring a courteous and timely experience while adhering to Applebee’s service standards. This role supports a positive work culture aligned with TSFR’s Core Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a friendly, upbeat environment.
• Familiarize guests with the menu and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take orders in person or via phone and input them accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in their vehicles or the dining room.
• Pre-bus tables, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Collect payments promptly using QR codes or the POS system.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Verify accuracy and proper packaging of all carside to-go orders.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to take initiative and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Effective verbal communication with guests, both in person and over the phone.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Mobility for a minimum of 4 hours, with the ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Legal age to serve alcohol.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted in a restaurant setting, with occasional travel to other locations by automobile, either alone or with a coworker.
