Who We Need
We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities. In this role, you'll use telemarketing and email outreach to engage and pre-qualify prospective carriers, initiate meaningful conversations, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Customer Sales Management
- Prospect and Build Carrier Pipeline
- Identify and research prospective carriers.
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to introduce partnership opportunities.
- Generate qualified carrier leads.
- Qualify Carriers
- Assess carriers based on operating authority, insurance, equipment, service coverage, capacity, and compliance.
- Educate carriers on the benefits of joining the client's carrier network.
- Guide qualified carriers through the onboarding process or hand them off to the appropriate team.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Carrier Success, Operations, or Carrier Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Pipeline & CRM
- Track outreach, qualification status, onboarding progress, and carrier engagement in the CRM.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Carrier Sales, Carrier Procurement, Freight Brokerage, or a similar outbound sales role within the logistics industry.
- Experience in truckload (FTL), freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or transportation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, email outreach, and lead qualification.
- Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, including carrier operations, freight brokerage, and supply chain concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 proficiency), both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet outreach and performance targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to manage pipelines and document customer interactions.
- Familiarity with load boards, carrier databases, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
- Customer-focused, highly organized, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing and able to work the night shift.
