Responsibilities
- Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through various channels.
- Handle customer inquiries related to MySpot login and request a quote processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding shipment status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
- Experience with supply chain management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
