Responsibilities

• Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through various channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to MySpot login and request a quote processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding shipment status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
• Experience with supply chain management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
