Carpenter (Measure Technician)

Responsibilities

• Makes accurate measurements for products at customer homes
• Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms
• Orders and tracks repair/installation services
• Affords assistance with management reporting and communication, as requested
• Interacts with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs
• Safely performs all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Construction trade school a plus
• 3 to 5 years in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing & window installation
• Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Math skills including using a tape measure and angles
