This permanent, non-union role offers a path to advance into a Superintendent position while working on ground retail projects. Travel is required, with the opportunity to travel home every weekend.

We are a dynamic construction team seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter/Foreman to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance and direction.
- Apply knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to execute carpentry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a foreman, carpenter, or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with expertise in construction methods, tools, and equipment.
- Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in carpentry or a relevant field is a plus.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
