a Sign-on Bonus Of $4,081 Is Available For The Successful Applicant Of This Position Paid In 2 Installments Within 12 Months Of Hire $2,040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE.

Responsibilities

• proper and safe use and operation of associated powered or hand tools of the trade
• general maintenance, repair, replacement, fabrication, installation, and alteration of structures
• reading and interpreting construction blueprints and detailed job descriptions
• creating materials take-off lists and completing purchase requisitions for materials
• completing requisitions for other purchases (i.e., tools and tool accessories as necessary)
• planning, problem-solving, and reporting any issues to immediate supervisor

Requirements

Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver's License or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
