Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
• Install and repair doors, windows, and other building components
• Work on plumbing and electrical installations as needed
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with tenants and real estate agents to address their needs
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry
• Proficiency in basic carpentry skills, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
• Experience with plumbing and electrical work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
