Carpenter

About the role

Growing general contractor specializing in high end residential remodeling and custom home building around Seattle and the Eastside seeking skilled Carpenter to join our team. This is a long-term, stable position with a family owned company where we believe in work/life balance and treating our clients and employees with respect. Our clients have come to appreciate our high standards and put a lot of trust in us knowing that we only hire employees that we would let work in our own homes.

Requirements

• A full complement of tools
• Valid WDL and reliable truck
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years of remodel experience
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work in Drug and Tobacco free job sites

Responsibilities

• Experience with all phases of rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents
• Comfortable working independently and with small crews

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$35 hr starting pay depending on experience
• Company health insurance plan
• 2 weeks vacation after one year
• Profit sharing plan
• $250 per quarter tool allowance
