About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Carpenter (Construction Services Lead) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results and excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Finish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)
- Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl
- Window removal and installation
- Basic service-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses
- Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards
- Assist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logistics
- Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination
Requirements
- 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)
- Strong construction skills including painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
- Works well independently and within a team environment
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have your own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance restoration/rebuild background
- Familiarity with scopes, sketches, or Xactimate-style estimates
- Experience in occupied residential and commercial settings
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Pay
$25-$35 per hour with plenty of overtime opportunities available.
Physical Requirements
This position involves performing physical activities and may require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
