Carpenter
About the role
The Carpenter performs a wide variety of carpentry related tasks and projects that include design, construction, installation, and repair work on a variety of surfaces. Coordinates with other trades, painter, electrician, etc. on the completion of projects. Designs and constructs small scale remodel projects.
Responsibilities
- Performs carpentry tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and painting.
- Coordinates with other trades to ensure project completion.
- Designs and constructs small scale remodel projects.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or equivalent education/experience.
- 4 years of work experience in commercial construction.
- Cabinetry experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Coursework/Training - Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or equivalent education/experience.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
- Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
