Carpenter

Role: Carpenter responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining structures using wood and other materials. Key Duties: Perform carpentry projects including framing, roofing, interior finishing, fencing, decking, and cement work; build and repair salt boxes, pond gates, cabinetry, and perform remodeling tasks. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment. Manage project planning, material ordering, and timely completion of tasks. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience, ability to read blueprints, operate tools, and perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at heights. Must be eligible to work in the U.S., 18+, with good communication skills in English. Ability to work outdoors/indoors in varied conditions and handle physical demands. Preferred: forklift experience, basic computer skills, and manufacturing experience. Other: Full-time position with a day shift, compensation at $43.08/hr, requiring flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays. This role involves working in a facility with an active labor strike and is for permanent replacement employees.
