About the role
As our Carpenter, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into refreshed, welcoming homes.
Responsibilities
- Interior Demolition
- Removal of flooring
- Framing
- Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims
- Drywall repair, install, finish
- Light Painting and finishing
- Installation of interior doors
- Removal and Installation of door lock sets and hardware
- Installation of cabinets
- Installation, removal of appliances
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
- Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers, and electrical wiring
- Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets, and laundry
- HVAC components replacement/installation
Requirements
- H.S graduate or equivalent preferred
- Three or more years’ experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training
- Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with others as assigned
- Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity
- Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines
- Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen

Experienced based pay from $28-$29/hr

Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
