Responsibilities
- Complete carpentry repairs and installations (doors, cabinets, flooring, handrails, furniture)
- Aid with general maintenance: drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical
- Respond to work orders and urgent maintenance requests
- Inspect and repair structures and fixtures to meet safety standards
- Follow all OSHA, state, and Casa Health Care compliance guidelines
- Work collaboratively with maintenance leadership to prioritize projects
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry or facility maintenance required
- Knowledge of building codes and safe work practices
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification a plus)
