Established, top-rated construction management and remodeling company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with ground-up and seasoned experience. The Carpenter/Field Technician assists the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in construction
• Experience with home additions, kitchen, and bath remodeling
• Residential and light commercial construction experience
• Proven customer service skills
• Follows best construction building and safety practices on all jobsites
• Must have own tools and truck with capacity to carry a ladder and materials
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Multilingual with strong English skills

Responsibilities

• Work independently and without supervision
• Strong time management skills
• Customer service
• Punch list completion
• Finish carpentry
• Cabinetry installation
• Light plumbing and electrical work
• Patching, painting, and staining
• Door and window installations
• Help maintain a safe and clean jobsite

Pay

Competitive pay with opportunity for overtime.
