At A&J Restoration, we help families and businesses rebuild after devastating water, fire, mold, and storm‑related losses. Our carpenters play a vital role in that mission. Whether they're securing a property after a fire or completing the finishing touches on a reconstruction project, A&J carpenters directly impact the customer experience. They bring skill, care, and compassion to every job. This work can be physically demanding and the environment changes daily — and our carpenters thrive in that. They're not afraid to get their hands dirty, tackle tough challenges, and deliver high‑quality results with efficiency and professionalism. Most importantly, they take pride in helping customers feel supported and confident throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas: Drywall, Framing, Siding, Painting, Finish carpentry, Flooring, Minor electrical, Minor plumbing, Background of all phases of construction
• Customer service and exceptional communication skills
• Speak English effectively enough to communicate with English speaking customers
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record
• Must pass background check

Pay & Schedule

Pay is commensurate with experience, with opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate capability. This role can involve long hours, and there may be occasions when weekend or holiday work is required to meet project and customer needs.
