About the role

Ace Handyman Services - Johns Creek is seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades. We provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle business aspects as a Franchise Owner
• Work out of your home on your choice of full-time or part-time basis
• Travel to job sites in Johns Creek and nearby areas using your own truck or van
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service
• Manage your own schedule and earnings
• Receive performance bonuses and vehicle/tool allowance
• Participate in regular pay reviews and advancement opportunities

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and professional appearance/demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Plumbing, Electrical)
• Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interact positively with various clients and colleagues
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (preferred)
• Own standard set of tools for all trades
• Valid driver's license and current residency within 15 miles of the city of Insert Municipality here
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Specific qualifications for the role include:
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (preferred)
• Own standard set of tools to perform all trades
• Own truck or van
• Valid driver's license and current residency within 15 miles of the city of Insert Municipality here

Pay

$23 - $34 per hour. Potential income can range from $45,000 to $68,000 per year, depending on performance and responsibilities.
