Responsibilities
- Install materials based on scope of work set by 1-800 Water Damage estimators/insurance adjuster.
- Manage construction site and carpenters' daily scheduling.
- Update RMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
- Update XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
- Communicate effectively to customers, insurance adjusters, internal and field staff.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Gain knowledge of trade in fire, water & mold damage restoration and reconstruction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience within the industry is a plus.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
- Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions.
- Show sound problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
