What You’ll Do
- Work directly under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Technician
- Assist with any and all trouble shooting
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
- Complete special projects as assigned
What You Need To Succeed
- 1-3 years of HVAC Maintenance, Service/Install experience
- A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role
- Maintain a professional attitude at all time
- Ability to take direction from Lead workers and Supervisors
- Able to work in close spaces including attics, crawl spaces and on rooftops
- Able to use a tape measure correctly
- Able to carry 50lbs overhead with assistance
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in tools
Qualifications Desired
- HVAC Trade School Certificate (not required)
- EPA Universal Certification (not required)
