About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance checks
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with building management and staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Good physical stamina for climbing ladders and working at heights
