About the role

Join the Fedelta Home Care Team – Make a Meaningful Difference! We are hiring caregivers urgently to work with clients in Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, with additional opportunities throughout Lewis, Mason, and Thurston Counties. Caregivers must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and be willing to transport clients in their vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and assisting with medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and organizing
• Sharing companionship—playing games, chatting, or going for walks
• Assisting with grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Driving to errands or appointments
• Providing stand-by or hands-on support as needed

Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA license (preferred) – Don’t have one yet? We offer paid training while you work!
• A smartphone or device to clock in/out
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and willingness to transport clients

Pay

$23.25 – $24.75 per hour, depending on experience
