Top pay rate of $23.00 per hour (starting at $20.00 per hour). Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Currently hiring for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• HCA registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire) and meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray
• Compliance with state background screening requirements and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification (required by California law)
• Conditional offer may be rescinded for convictions of non‑exemptible crimes, in accordance with applicable laws
