Caregivers needed (4-8 hours shifts) $20.00-$23.00 (Sign-On-Bonus)

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, offering top pay rates of $23.00 per hour. Currently hiring for all shifts with full-time and part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship: engage in games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US
