Sign-on bonuses: $1,000 for full-time, $500 for part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily activities and personal care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment
• Be part of a team that treats residents like family

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and positive individuals
• A passion for helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but NOT required
