TheKey is hiring caregivers in Santa Barbara and surrounding communities for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Pay
Top pay rates of $20–$23 per hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus (additional $150 for weekend commitment).

Responsibilities
- Assist clients one-on-one with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
- Companionship: engaging in games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- HCA registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB clearance or chest X-ray
- Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.
