Caregiver ($200 Sign-On Bonus)

About the role

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. As a Caregiver, you’ll assist clients one-on-one with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship in their homes.

Pay

$20–$23 per hour

Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: engaging in games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Compliance with state background screening requirements, including fingerprint identification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
