About the role
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Create your own flexible schedule

- Maintain a safe environment for clients and coworkers
- Comply with agency policies and procedures
- Assist clients with non-skilled personal care tasks such as bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, feeding, ambulation, exercise, transfers, positioning, medication reminders, respiratory care, homemaking, and respite care
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks like light cleaning, meal preparation, dishwashing, bed making, laundry, attending medical appointments, and shopping
- Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents, injuries, or significant changes in the client's condition
Qualifications
- Emotional and cognitive maturity to maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and agency personnel
- Free from health conditions that could be harmful to the client, yourself, or coworkers
- Pass a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to HR
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have neat, clean personal appearance
- Be a licensed driver with valid insurance in good condition

Essential Functions
- Adhere to the plan of care created by the supervising Registered Nurse based on the client's needs
- Encourage clients to be as independent as possible while maintaining confidentiality and dignity
Pay
Standard Rate: $16.00 - $18.50 hourly
