Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, nursing, or similar field (considered for candidates without formal experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Personal safety practices
• Compliance with agency policy and procedures
• Pass a 2-step TB skin test
• Driver’s license with appropriate insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Neat, clean personal appearance

Essential Functions

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising Registered Nurse
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity
• Perform non-skilled personal care tasks
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Follow emergency procedures

Standard Rate

$19.00 - $21.50 hourly

About the Role

Professional Case Management is seeking Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare services.
