Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and caregiving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Personal maturity and ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to perform non-skilled personal care tasks.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Driver’s license with insurance in good repair.
• Pass a 2-step TB skin test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Possession of neat, clean personal appearance.

Essential Functions

• Following the plan of care prepared by the supervising Registered Nurse.
• Encouraging clients to be as independent as possible.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.
• Performing non-skilled personal care tasks.
• Performing routine housekeeping tasks.
• Following emergency procedures.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.50 hourly.
