This position involves providing hands-on support to senior residents, focusing on their daily living activities and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following individualized service plans
• Ensuring safety, dignity, and independence
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services
• Maintaining a welcoming environment
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss (Memory Care)
• Effective communication with families and care teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion
