Caregiver (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting changes
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence of residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED; minimum age 18. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
