Role: Caregiver Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal careFollow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residentsEngage residents through conversation and activities to enrich their daily experiencesSupport dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environmentCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and care team membersCreate meaningful experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Attributes: Passion for making a positive difference, dedication to quality of life for seniors, and ability to build meaningful relationships
