Caregiver (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

This position involves providing compassionate in-home care to seniors and homebound individuals, promoting their dignity, independence, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
• Administer medication reminders and prepare meals
• Follow safety protocols during emergencies
• Engage clients in activities to promote wellness

Qualifications

• HCA certification; CNA license preferred
• Caregiving experience: 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time
• Current TB test and physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• Trustworthiness, punctuality, maturity, and ability to pass background checks

Skills

• Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
