Caregiver or CNA Full Time Full and Part time

About the role

The Caregiver, or Resident Assistant (RA), provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
• Affords assistance in dining
• Performs homemaking tasks
• Reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
• Completes thorough daily charting
• Collaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters Way
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high-school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services is preferred
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Possesses compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
• Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Is flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments

Pay

Pay Range: $17.50/hr-$22/hr. Increase your pay through our growth program!
