Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Assist with personal care, meals, routines, and light household needs.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Join clients for appointments, errands, activities, and outings.
• Encourage dignity, confidence, comfort, and independence.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; willingness to drive clients.
• CNA or HCA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for day shift and short shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $23–$25, depending on certification and experience.

Schedule

Daytime opportunities available in Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, and surrounding areas. Positions are day shift and short shift.
