About the Role

We're a growing home care team serving West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and surrounding areas, looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join us for daytime shifts. If you're passionate about helping others live comfortably, safely, and independently at home, comfortable around pets, and ready to be part of a supportive and welcoming team where your work truly matters, we'd love to welcome you to our care family.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship, conversation, and encouragement
• Provide thoughtful support with personal care, meals, routines, and everyday household tasks
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with errands, appointments, outings, and activities while promoting independence
• Provide personalized care that helps clients feel comfortable, confident, and supported
• Build meaningful connections with seniors through genuine companionship, encouragement, and dependable care that helps them feel valued and respected
• Provide personalized support that promotes independence, confidence, and comfort while making a positive difference in each client's everyday life

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Pay

Earn $23-$25 per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications, and credentials. Enjoy reliable weekly pay, with every payment delivered on time.

Schedule

Enjoy a flexible daytime schedule with 4-8 hour shifts and additional weekend opportunities.
