Caregiver (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Responsibilities
- Aid residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident's service and care plan.
- This includes assisting with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and managing continence.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Report any observed or suspected resident changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided to the right candidate.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Written and verbal communication skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.

Schedule
- Full-Time NOC Shift (10pm-6am overnight): Friday - Monday.
- Part-Time AM Shift (6am-2pm): Sunday & Monday.
- Part-Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm): Sunday & Monday.
Pay
Pay Range: $18.50/hour - $19.50/hour, depending on experience.
