Caregiver - Full Time and Part Time

About the role

The Orchards is seeking Caregivers for both part-time and full-time positions in a stable and beautiful work environment.

• Part-time AM shift (6AM-2PM): Sundays & Mondays (must work both days)
• Full-time PM shift (2PM-10PM)

Pay ranges from $21 to $22.50 per hour based on caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising
• Assist with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed
• Maintain resident rooms, including changing bed linens and making beds
• Ensure rooms are safe and orderly

Requirements

• Reliability and adherence to safety procedures
• Preferred: 1+ years of caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living or a healthcare center
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to work in a healthcare and CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
