About the role
Home Health Aide (HHA) providing personal care and assistance to clients in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Conducting vital sign checks and medication assistance
- Providing range of motion exercises and oral feeding
- Ensuring home management tasks are completed
Qualifications
Successful completion of a 40-hour Home Health Aide training program
Skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
