This position is based in the Beaumont office, covering the areas of Beaumont, Lumberton, and Sour Lake, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and a salary of $17.00/hourly plus mileage.
Responsibilities
- Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
- Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
- Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
- Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
- Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 60 hours or more of college coursework
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting (or 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit)
- Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
